I liked the stay overall, but the coffee that arrived in the room was disappointing.

The location is close to town, yet the lobby and carpeting feel very outdated, and the caulk on the sink was cracked. The worst part was that my room was damp and musty—when I laid out my clothes and returned after a walk they were still damp, which was awful. If I had stayed more than one night I would have asked to see another room or checked out. No one was available to check me out the next morning at the front desk, so I waited as long as I could and then left. The room rates are ridiculous for the quality of the property.

Port Inn sits in a great location in downtown Port St Joe, right across the street from the dining and shopping area on Reid Avenue; the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.
