I liked the room upgrade—it made the stay more welcoming! I’m disappointed I couldn’t book the same room when I came back from Sapa, but I understand it was a busy weekend.

The rooms were spotless and huge, the bed felt incredibly comfortable, and the location was ideal—everything was within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and because it was our anniversary they handed us adorable little gifts. We had to depart early for our flight and didn't have time for breakfast, so they kindly arranged a lunchbox for us. The sky terrace offered a fantastic view. Overall, we loved our time here and would definitely recommend it.
