“Lieliska vieta atpūtai pie ezera”
A wonderful spot by the lake, the cabin was pretty and clean with a quiet evening atmosphere. You can rent a boat. The view of the lake from the big kitchen window is great. The cabin has everything you need – a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove, etc., and a grill with tools is available. There’s a relaxing attraction on the lake – ideal entertainment for kids. The owners are responsive. I’d love to return! Only a few things could improve comfort – a folding laundry rack for hanging towels and swimsuits after a swim, a bit more light in the kitchen, the mattress on the big bed was “too warm” because it’s a feather mattress, and ventilation below it could be better. A larger boiler would help, because the hot water ran out during my son’s shower – he didn’t know the warm water had to be turned on. I ended up in a completely cold shower… but it wasn’t that important, because the place is really beautiful and the cabin overall is nice.
The location is great.

The place is fantastic, though the staff member “pazūd” at 19.00 made me wish there was someone on duty at the site, and I think they could add more conveniences like water retention, taps, and the like; also, not every house had a threshold, which made it hard to enter the bungalow.
The spot by the lake (though not directly on the shore) is lovely, the cabin was clean, the German‑speaking host was friendly, and on nice weather you can sit outside on the small terrace. In direct sunlight it gets hot quickly, it gets chilly at night (there are small electric heaters), and the second shower was cold.
