A stunningly beautiful and cozy hotel with incredibly friendly staff who guided us through every detail, even showing us how to use the bathroom. The breakfasts were tasty, and the attention to detail—from antique furnishings to fragrant bath cosmetics—made it perfect for a romantic night out. Highly recommend for a date.

The bed and linens were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, and the breakfast quality was solid. However, the price of £500 per night felt disproportionate to the overall experience.

The location was good and the rooms looked nice. We were initially given a room, but the receptionist later told us we’d received the wrong one and asked us to move. The first room was elegant and spacious, while the second was a boxy room that matched our booking, but we later learned the first room wasn’t even occupied. I don’t think we should have been asked to move.

The place is well‑situated, but there’s little drawer space for unpacking and the counter area is cramped for getting ready in the morning.
