“Good value for the money near the entrance to Mesa Verde National Park”

The room was clean and comfortable. It had plenty of space for both of us. The fridge was nice and we made use of the coffee maker, which worked fine. The bathroom and shower were cleaned and worked well. The breakfast was good and there was enough room to sit there. Check-in and check-out were smooth. We liked what we got for the price. Oh, and our front desk person gave good dining recommendations for dinner. The temperature was mild enough not to need the AC or heat, so can't comment on those. The faucet on the bathroom sink was difficult to adjust. It was either nothing or full force. Not that big a deal, but a nuisance. I tried to use the iron, but it did not work

Comfortable, cute, motel. Staff was nice. Chair in our room needed to be replaced due to it being very soiled other then that fun place to stay. We were in the Elvis room. Chairs in room need to be replaced

“Great experience, we would stay there again.”

It was cute and a great value. The room smelled strongly of a cleaning solution. Opening the window helped, but did not completely get rid of the smell

“Fantastic non-chain motel with clean comfortable rooms, and enough activities to keep you busy for the night.”

It’s clean and “fun”. We love the retro vibe, there’s a cheap pool table and the hotel room is clean. Really like that there are hard floors instead of gross carpet. Staff has always been super friendly, and breakfast, although it’s not the same as some of the large hotel chains, gets the job done. We love the things you can do outside, and have stayed several times. There’s never been propane in the fire pit outside by the swings. My wife loves those swings, and is bummed out we can’t have a fire
