Location, close to guruji ashram. Staff, 3 people serving tea, changing bedsheets were intrusive, peeked into the room, had bad way of looking and made ladies uncomfortable. Security and reception people were fine

I wanted a spot close to Keli Kunj, and this place is near the ISKCON temple, KELI KUNJ, PREM MANDIR, and SAUBHARI KUND. The hotel was very good in price, cleanliness, and peaceful location, and the staff was very polite. The washroom was quite clean but could be cleaner.

The air conditioning worked well and the staff were friendly, but the bathroom left something to be desired and the TV was broken. The approach road was rough, and the TV never fixed even after we complained, yet we weren't charged for it.

The hotel sits very close to the Krishna Balaram Mandir, which is a big plus. The rooms in the new building are bright, spacious, and fully equipped for staying. On one day there was no hot water, but by evening the staff had fixed it. The only downside is there’s nowhere to hang clothes after washing. In the old building there are balconies and windows that open; unfortunately, the windows in this room don’t open. We often stay here and plan to keep coming back. Thanks to all the staff. For Vrindavan it is one of the best hotels.
