Jinjiang Inn - Ortigas

Everything, especially the cable channels, has gotten better. The aircon was leaking water; I mentioned it and expected a room change, but they just laid a mat under the unit and told me to set the temperature to 24 degrees, insisting it would keep leaking. I followed their advice, yet the leak persisted. I decided not to let it ruin my stay, but next time they should handle such issues more effectively or ensure all facilities are in good condition. The cabinet holding the mini fridge was also broken.

I booked a window room, but the road noise was too loud; better sound insulation is needed.

I had a fantastic stay, the room was very spacious and the staff were super accommodating, even delivering food orders to the room. Renovation noise was present but manageable and I was informed ahead of time.

The location is great, but the building is old and dilapidated and clearly needs an upgrade.

The place is close to all the malls and transport; the bed is comfortable and the aircon is cold, though it leaks slightly but still works. The curtain is dusty.
