The house looked nice, but the outdoor kitchen wasn’t clean, a grill was listed but no power cable was available, and although 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets were advertised, only one bathroom and one toilet were in a room while the other bathroom was a jacuzzi. House maintenance was lacking and the highway nearby made for annoying noise.

The welcome host at +33627144945 never answered; I kept getting the voicemail and the operator said the box was full, so I had to call back, which I did at least ten times, but the emergency concierge at +33757941317 were very attentive. The electric coffee maker was full of limescale and it took about twenty minutes for the coffee to brew, the machine sat right by the road and the highway with constant traffic noise day and night; the tiled pool had green algae growing in the joints and at the bottom, the tennis court was littered with pine needles, the net was old and sagging, and the storage room for rackets, balls and the like was a mess; we were nine people sharing four loungers, only two of which had torn, dirty mats, and the wiring was not up to code, posing an electrocution risk for children. I have about twenty photos to prove this and I also sent videos to the concierge on WhatsApp.

The living room and kitchen were fine, and the bedding quality was good, but there was no heating (15 °C on arrival), the electrical system failed, the house layout had rooms and bathrooms in a row, there was no separate toilet, and the gate closed randomly.

We loved staying in this beautiful house with a lovely olive grove and garden - the host was super responsive and helpful, giving us great tips on things to do in the area. However, the layout of the bathrooms and toilets was a bit inconvenient, and accessing the villa was a bit tricky due to the road and entrance, but once parked, there was plenty of space for 2-3 cars.

This place was perfect for our family holiday, with plenty of activities to enjoy and a lovely property close to Nimes.
