Fresh renovation, soundproofing (it was very quiet at night). Friendly staff and very tasty breakfasts. A bit away from the old town center, but with a nice view of the garden. Everything is fine, but the shower water takes a long time to come.

Our room was clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were kind and very helpful. The building itself is in an ideal location in Tbilisi and is a restored historic property, making the stay even more special

The staff were extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the place was quiet despite being in the middle of the city.

The staff and owner were warm, and we were offered an upgrade after one night, but we were very satisfied with the room we had. The owner was still very pleasant. We missed juice at breakfast, but otherwise everything we needed was there and we were happy.
