The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very old, with a dent in the mattress, and the carpet had stains. The hotel was old and that showed; the room did not match the price at all.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Minju and Mr Choi were very helpful.

The location was good and the staff were friendly. Parking was inconvenient because of double parking, so I had to leave early, which was very uncomfortable. A system that immediately shows the car number of the parking attendants would be useful.

部屋が広くて、清潔。裏に新しい飲食店がいくつもある。表に出ても、近くパン屋がある。オソン駅から、タクシーで５分くらい。街中へ行くバスも多い。バス停は、徒歩5分。ホテル前にタクシー乗り場があり、駅に行くのに便利だった。. 特にない

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in Cheongju-si - it's a great value for the price, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was decent, and there's a restaurant on site that's convenient. However, the lack of laundry service was a bit of a letdown, and I had to walk about 10 minutes to a nearby coin laundry. On the other hand, there's another hotel in the same building with a coin laundry on the 4th floor, so that's a plus.
