We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and honestly, for the price paid, it’s a huge disappointment. 1️⃣ RESTAURATION: Breakfast at 8 am and already no juice or water left, with no one restocking. In the evening we ordered gnocchi: we were literally served mashed potatoes! For a hotel of this price, that’s unacceptable. 👉 Our advice: don’t eat at the hotel restaurant. Go to Yellow Coco, just next door: the food is excellent, the staff are adorable and the prices are much more reasonable. We ate there every night and the difference is obvious! 2️⃣ SERVICE: As soon as your meal started or your cup was finished, they already wanted to clear the table. And during a lunch, a waiter and a bartender were staring at us as if mocking us. That behavior is disrespectful and totally inappropriate. 3️⃣ CLEANLINESS: After cleaning, the floor was sticky and there was a lot of sand near the bed on the terrace side. From day one, the pool was full of leaves and we had to remove them ourselves. 4️⃣ PAYMENT: When paying the restaurant in euros, the announced amount did not match the actual exchange rate. Check your bill and the conversion carefully. 5️⃣ VALUE FOR MONEY: Too many problems for a stay of only 5 nights. The price absolutely does not justify the quality offered.
