The front desk ladies were very attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous, and the night‑shift officer added strength to the operations; overall the services were excellent and down to earth. No negatives.

This hotel felt completely safe and offered high‑quality service. The front desk staff arranged reasonably priced private transfers to Queen’s Well and Sun Temple and handed the details to the night shift, which made me, traveling alone, feel reassured. The kitchen crew prepared an incredibly thoughtful meal box: boiled eggs were peeled, halved and wrapped carefully in foil; bananas were peeled and sliced; the sandwich was pre‑cut for easy eating, and they even added a dessert I hadn’t asked for. It was the most considerate meal box I’ve ever received. Housekeeping kept the room spotless and honestly didn’t take the bedside tip, reporting it to the front desk instead. It was the best hotel of the eight Indian cities I visited.
