“Best location and friendly staff”

The location was perfect. Everything was walkable and the staff was super friendly. The room was quite spacious. Great for a city trip. The bathroom could be a bit cleaner.

The location was good, but the elevator only starts at the 2nd floor, and the staff struggled to understand our language; they were only available from 9:00 to 16:00, and the lighting felt weak.

“Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable”

The place was great, clean and comfortable, with very friendly staff, but the rollaway bed that was advertised turned out to be unavailable; we managed without it, though it would have made a difference.

The location was good, but the accommodation was very old and overall unkempt. The room had an unpleasant odor and was not especially clean, especially the hallway, and the advertised Smart‑TV was actually a tiny TV that didn’t work properly. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations.

“One of the most amazing stays I had on my trip”

This was one of the most amazing stays on my trip; the place is spacious and super comfortable, with soft and large beds, and the location is perfect, near four bus stations and key spots in town. They have an elevator that goes straight to the lobby and stairs as an alternative. Nothing to criticize, though the stairs can be difficult if you don’t use the elevator. It was a pretty good place to stay in Rome.
