Everyone on the staff made us feel warmly welcomed, and we used most of the hotel’s facilities—Bar, Spa, and restaurant—all of which offered great service; the décor is colorful and distinct from usual mountain hotels, which I really liked.

Parking was full, so I had to park a long distance from the hotel. The spa was only available after 14 h and charged a fee, which feels unreasonable given the room rates.

The hotel impressed me with its incredible décor, friendly welcome, amazing breakfast, and excellent spa. However, I was disappointed that the spa was only chargeable for afternoon guests.

The staff were fantastic, the terrace was perfect, the bathroom was great, and the food was delicious. Nothing to complain about.
