Cleanliness, professional staff, and location were great. The food variety and quality—both the buffet breakfast and room dining—fell short of a 5‑star hotel’s standards, and the pool is only for kids, with its deepest point at just 1.2 m.

We enjoyed a high‑quality buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The chefs and restaurant staff were very attentive and seemed proud of their offerings. We were given connecting rooms as requested and could check in early. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The kids loved the adventure (climbing) park, and the adults received a lovely spa treatment. All was great.

Almost everything was good except the response to a phone request. Action was taken to bring the luggage from the room, which was far away, while it was raining.
The property was clean and well maintained. Mokhtar at reception, chef Noor, and servicing staff Saaho were all very nice.
