The staff—a young Malay lady in a scarf—was polite, apologetic, and patiently explained repetitiously. The booking was made and confirmed online in Oct, 2025, but I was only informed of the cancellation on the day of checking‑in (1st Jan 2026), citing a fraudulent transaction in the system. Blime me… it took 2 months to trace a fraudulent transaction… and turned me down when I am already at the property for checking in? Sorry for the rudeness but their service sucks.👎🏼

The facilities and room were considered new and functioning. Most of the time, no staff was around and my deposit was not refunded by the owner.

The location. The room is not as clean and new. They do not refund deposits, contacted but no reply

I was contacted three hours before my scheduled check‑in to cancel my booking because the rooms were full, even though I had paid in full a day earlier.
