The staff at this hotel were really friendly and respectful, but that's about it. The shower was barely warm, and the mattress had two springs poking through the upholstery. It was a bit of a letdown, considering the nice staff.

I'm still trying to figure out how this place managed to be so bad. It's honestly the worst place I've ever had the misfortune of staying in. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat - or rather, a nightmare. The whole experience was just one big disaster waiting to happen.

The location of this hotel is great, and the beds were super comfortable. The A/C heater was also top-notch. But, unfortunately, that's where the good news ends. The toilet wouldn't flush, and when it did, it was really slow. There was also a water leak from behind the sink, and the cleaning lady showed up at 9 am on check-out day, when it's not till 11 am. To top it all off, there was no coffee, and when there was, it had coffee grounds in it. It was a bit of a disaster.

I'm still fuming about the way we were treated by the staff at this place. They cancelled our reservation without even the decency to give us a heads up, leaving us scrambling to find a new place to stay at midnight. It was a nightmare, and the staff's unprofessionalism made it even worse.

The pictures of this place are completely misleading - it's a dump. I mean, it's not just a little rundown, it's a full-on disaster. The toilets don't work, the sinks are clogged, and the shower is a joke. But you know what the cherry on top is? Bedbugs. Yeah, both rooms we rented had them, and they were alive and kicking. It was a nightmare.
