The location and value were good, but the hot tub was out of order with no prior warning and the rooms felt slightly outdated.

“I would not return.”

Getting there was easy off the highway, yet the room was not kept; the top of the bed was extremely dusty, the curtain was ripped, and four box elder bugs crawled through the curtains and onto the ceiling above the bed. I called to change rooms but none were available on the same floor as my elderly mom, so I would not stay again.

The location was fine, but the place was very worn out, with spots on the sheets and overall dirty.

“Reasonable location, but needs proper upkeep and attention to details.”

Check‑in was easy and the location was great, but the curtains in the room were shredded with multiple tears. The door was sagging and very hard to open; its latch plate was missing, lowering security. Several electric outlets were loose in the wall, and when I moved them they arched and caused the lights to flicker. The bathtub waterspout was loose, and the batteries had been removed from the smoke detector. The hot tub was out of service, and the exterior grounds and building were poorly maintained. No manager was on duty to address the safety concerns, and the staff simply said the maintenance person would not be in until Monday—a totally unacceptable response.
