All the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good, but I booked because they advertised a hot spring bath for guests, and it turned out there was one only for men, which was a real disappointment.

The hotel was flexible with check‑in times as much as circumstances allowed, which is impressive for a place near the airport; the rooms were very small but the bathroom was perfect, and even though the shower pressure is sometimes weak in newer hotels, this one was flawless. Breakfast cost 1200 yen, which felt a bit pricey, but the curry was so good it’s worth it. The only downside is that the room key is a physical key, so people used to card keys might find it inconvenient.

The location was excellent and set back from the city, just a few minutes from Narita Airport; the staff were extremely kind and helpful, fixing a small issue right away. The breakfast was typical Asian fare, and our room faced the rice fields for a wonderful view. Highly recommended!
