The place was supposedly close to the airport, but the sofa was spotted, the bathroom not clean, I complained and they said they were fully booked, sofa stayed dirty for all 4 nights, no compensation offered. Reception guy was friendly but didn't speak English, making communication tough. Another staff member I never met but who sent WhatsApp was unhelpful and spoke in an inappropriate tone. Overall it's hardly a 4‑star hotel; no 4‑star facilities, rooms worn, service limited. It's just a one‑star hotel.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! Before booking, I looked at the photos and felt a little hesitant because I wondered whether the rooms would really look like the pictures. However, the photos accurately represent the hotel, and everything looked exactly as it appeared online. After reading several reviews, I decided to make a reservation—and I’m so glad I did. After arriving at the airport, I was nervous about how to get to the hotel. Thankfully, the receptionist, Abdul Wasi Ezatian, had contacted me in advance. I communicated with him about transportation, and he guided me step by step. When I arrived, he was extremely respectful, kind, and helpful. He explained everything clearly and made me feel right at home. When I decided to extend my stay, Abdul Wasi helped me again and even managed to secure a better rate than the one available on-site. I truly appreciated his effort and hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel! One important tip: If you’re arriving from IST Airport, I recommend avoiding a taxi, as it can be quite expensive. Instead, ask Abdul Wasi about a transfer—he will be happy to arrange one for you. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with excellent hospitality. Special thanks to Abdul Wasi for making my stay so comfortable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
