Easy to reach (note that the hotel isn’t near Shin‑Osaka Shinkansen station; it’s next to Osaka Station). The bed was comfortable. A window lets in cold air, and the bathroom isn’t very modern.

The European‑style décor and construction, plus the exterior, were very pretty! The cleanliness made it easy to stay. It would be great if there were a large bath or hot spring.
