“Great location, nice hotel and friendly staff. Great breakfast.”

We had a really spacious room, and the hotel itself is very well managed with a beautiful pool and outdoor area. The breakfast was great. The location is fantastic, right at the city walls, and it’s a nice 5‑minute stroll to the central areas and attractions. Nothing to complain about, wonderful stay.

“Incredible location, beautiful and comfortable hotel!”

The spot’s location is amazing, right inside the medieval walls. The grounds look beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic! We had a small hiccup when we asked for breakfast to be sent up (by leaving a doorhanger the night before), but no one came to collect it, so the kitchen staff didn’t know about the request. We ended up going down to breakfast, which was delicious, but it was crowded at that hour because we had been waiting in our room, unaware of the miscommunication.

“Excelente conforto e serviço!”

I liked the room a lot, the quality of the restaurant, and the excellent service across all departments. The staff is fantastic, always friendly and ready to help with any need.

The extra pillows are a plus! The hotel provides 3 pillows on each side of the bed and keeps 2 extra in the closet. The breakfast is also very good. The bathroom facility is old, and the shower water would spray out during the shower.
