The place was clean and the food was good. Check‑out was at 11, and the pool water was cold.

I loved how family‑friendly the place was; there was a Lego club at 6 pm and a “Den” you could book for the kids, and everyone on the staff was super friendly. Everything was just lovely!

The location was great for shopping, right next to the shopping centre. The bedroom was lovely, with plenty of charging points and good lighting, and the beds were comfortable. The Smart TV was great. The pool water was a little cold and the hotel overall felt cold. We ate at the bar and were seated near the door; I had to pull a jumper from my room while we were there. The hotel was surprisingly quiet for a mid‑term stay and lacked atmosphere, with no music playing in the bar.

The breakfast was gorgeous with plenty of options, the room was spotless and had all the essentials—wifi, hairdryer, TV, coffee. We dined in the bar for dinner, where the service was excellent and the menu selection great. We’d rather not travel there in the summer because it’s too busy for us.
