I chose the room because it had a whirlpool tub, but it wasn’t working, and when I reported it they just said it had been recently fixed and that was it. I didn’t like the fact that there are signs all over the room with a thousand rules that are already in the policy, it’s super uncomfortable to see big letters everywhere, and I also disliked that they claim to be pet‑friendly but charge 250 cash for the pet and forbid almost everything, even breathing, which isn’t pet‑friendly.

The room was roomy and the staff very attentive, but you have to climb many stairs with luggage and heat to reach the reception and the room, which isn’t easy. The shower drain was blocked and water backed up during the bath; there was no shampoo or shower gel, and they only refilled it on the second day. Just these details.

The bathroom was clean and in good condition, but the hotel overall lacks maintenance, doesn’t match the photos, the pool was dirty with floor damage, the entrance was very dirty and you come in smelling like trash. The place has more potential but needs a lot more attention.
