“Worst experience”

I appreciated the early check‑in and the late check‑out, but the breakfast wasn’t provided. The receptionist was unhelpful, insisting I had to select breakfast at booking even though the room I booked clearly stated it was included, and he kept arguing that the AC was different. There was no proper breakfast restaurant; we had to walk a mile to find food.

I got to the hotel at about 1:00 AM only to learn that all AC rooms were already booked, even though I’d reserved one through a booking app days earlier. The staff told me the price shown for the AC room on the app was wrong and that my reservation was actually for a non‑AC room, despite the booking clearly indicating AC. I felt misled, especially since they could have clarified this when they first contacted me to confirm my arrival time. They didn’t offer an upgrade because they claimed all AC rooms were full, so I had no choice but to take a non‑AC room. Soon after checking in I found a cockroach in the room, but the staff responded quickly and moved me to another room. That second room lacked mosquito mesh on the windows, so I couldn’t open them for ventilation on a hot summer night because of the mosquitoes. There was also no bathroom mat, which made using the bathroom uncomfortable and messy. Overall, the experience was disappointing and far below what I’d expected from the booking.
