The tiny cabin was surprisingly comfy with plenty of amenities, a cozy bed, and a nice shower room that blew my expectations out of the water; the spot was spot-on for a visit to the dinosaur museum. However, the road to the cabin is risky—no sidewalks, few streetlights, and heavy six‑wheelers and trucks at night make carrying luggage from the nearest bus stop nerve‑wracking, so I’d rather disembark at the dinosaur museum stop and walk the extra 4–5 minutes for safety.

The staff were very helpful, pointing me toward nearby shops (which were all closed after the holiday, a gap I hadn’t filled on my own). I also enjoyed a walk along the river right in front of the room.

“It's a place to sleep.”

The riverfront location is great for strolling and the place is quiet; the bathroom was nice and the shower water temperature varied, but the dinosaur stickers were a hit with the kids. Parking is available and restaurants are within walking distance. The only downside is the single loft room, which is less than 2 m wide in headroom and offers no seating except on the beds under the loft, so it’s better suited for a one‑night stop if you’re heading to the dino museum with little ones.

The staff were all friendly and accommodating, even with last‑minute changes; the stay was quiet and comfortable. The toilet and washroom doors had broken locks, and because the toilet shares a single door with the room, privacy was limited when with others. The Wi‑Fi was weak and kept dropping.
