I was impressed by how clean everything was, and honestly, I liked everything else too.

We didn't like it because we couldn't even enter; we booked for my son who arrived at 7 am to drop off his luggage and ask for early check‑in, but when he rang the bell nothing opened. He called the contact number and got no answer, so he had to find another hotel nearby. Luckily we hadn't paid yet, and after the incident we wrote to the hotel and they replied, but by then my son was already staying elsewhere and we didn't want him to take the room. Fortunately we hadn't paid, so we gave it a bad rating because we never saw it.

I appreciated how close the hotel was to the venue, but the room was very small, cramped, and the pillows were too large.
