At the front desk, Jennifer greeted us with professional courtesy and check‑in went smoothly. I chose this hotel because the 2‑BR suite could fit my family (5 adults, 1 child) in one room instead of booking two separate rooms. When we had problems with our first room, we were able to switch without issue. However, the first room wasn’t cleaned properly—dirty kitchen counter, fingerprints on the doors, rings around the toilet waterline, etc. The upholstery and carpets needed cleaning or replacement. Pet dander triggered my allergies, and there were fleas in the 2nd‑floor bathroom tub. Being a pet‑friendly hotel isn’t the problem; it just requires a more thorough cleaning after guests leave. My mom has mobility issues, and switching rooms after our first night meant we had to pack up and move, which was disappointing. The 2‑BR suites were all on upper levels, requiring stairs with no alternatives. After an 8.5‑hour ride from southeastern Pennsylvania, I expected better accommodations for our weekend stay. The location needs renovations.

The double units have direct parking access, but traveling with luggage and groceries to the units and then up the stairs is a bit much for older couples and families. My double unit was so far from the parking that moving luggage and groceries upstairs felt exhausting for someone older.

The shampoo dispenser was completely empty. The property clearly caters to longer stays or temporary housing. The parking lot clientele is intimidating, with loud noises and marijuana use. There’s no internet or cell phone service. The Roku TV is useless. A young lady at the desk on Friday evening seemed uncaring and was a poor representative. It looks like the property is trying to shift from an apartment‑complex rental to a short‑stay model, even though their sign now says ES. The online site on Trivago was misleading.
