The property was very clean, surrounded by nature, and the owner and staff were friendly. They even offered me dinner and did everything to make my stay great. It’s not luxury, but it’s tidy and clean, which is exactly what you’re looking for.

The location fit my needs perfectly—I was splitting my trip between Pai and Chiang Mai and wanted to hike the Ban Mae Sae Trail that starts right from the property. The host was incredibly welcoming; after a cold motorbike ride, I was given a pot of hot tea. In the evening, I enjoyed a beautiful, delicious dinner. My hut sat on the stream, so I fell asleep to the soothing sound of water. All the facilities were very clean and cozy. I absolutely loved the place; it was so relaxing.

I stayed in a secluded rustic Thai mud hut that offered brilliant value; I wish more simple places like this were easy to book online, though it may not suit everyone, it was perfect for my motorbike travels.

The off‑beat location of Harvest Moon Valley was very relaxing, with pleasant stream sounds during the night; we were offered dinner upon arrival and accepted, enjoying fresh and yummy food, and the room was comfortable with a standard Thai firm mattress; we appreciated leaving the main road to enjoy the farm's serenity, though the bathroom was separate from the room and required walking on a path, which was unexpected but not problematic.

The staff were wonderful, the place amazing yet very basic, and the food good.
