The hotel is a budget option with decent facilities; my bed was on the firmer side and the bedroom overlooked a well‑lit car park. Breakfast was good and you had to order the individual items (no buffet). The staff were friendly. It is a bit out of the way and you need to walk to reach the main street, the bridge, and the southern part of town. When we came to pay, although all the documentation was in euros, we were required to pay in Serbian dinars. When we asked why, we received a Serbian nationalist lecture. The hotel was Serbian, the staff were Serbian, and Kosovo was described as an EU colonist construction. The receptionist proudly said she does not mix with anyone outside her Serbian community and never goes south of the bridge. It was shocking that someone so young held such hard‑line views.

The place was very clean, the staff were friendly, and it was very central. Even a local taxi driver found the hotel hard to locate, and the restaurant menu was sparse.
