We stayed for 5 nights, but our room was cleaned only once; we were told the housekeeping staff member was sick and no one was available to clean, raising questions about how rooms for departing guests were prepared. The shower water kept cutting in and out, which made using the bathroom uncomfortable; we reported it, but were told it required major plumbing work that couldn’t be fixed during our stay. At breakfast we were repeatedly interrupted with questions like “Can I clear your table?” even though many tables were empty. We chose this hotel because of its high rating and relatively high price, so our expectations were high, but we were disappointed with the overall experience.
