Nothing! There was no one at the front desk for an hour to check me in. When he finally arrived he acted like there was no problem. I wanted a refund and was given a run around. I left and went to another motel.

I liked the price. Not right next to the freeway, so no problem sleeping. One softer pillow, one stiffer pillow really works for us so we can sit up and watch TV but sleep on a thinner pillow. There is a Denny's restaurant within 2‑3 miles. Given this hotel does not have extra revenue (low prices) I could see some evidence of updates to the hotel such as newer AC units and new stairs in a couple of places. They still have a ways to go with deferred maintenance. I left a book there and have not been able to reach the hotel by phone despite calling at different times of day over a multi‑day period. They do not respond to phone calls. Very frustrating. I had borrowed the book from someone and I was unable to retrieve it because they don't respond. They say they are non‑smoking, but our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Exterior of windows were not clean. Our room had a broken window.

The price was good and the spot was convenient, and the front desk folks were top‑class. However, the TV signal was awful on both nights I stayed, though otherwise the motel was spotless and cozy.
