There was no parking at the hotel, even though we had a confirmed booking; this lack of consideration extends to families and the staff’s behavior needs improvement, and there was no breakfast option available in the hotel. The staff attitude was also negative.

It wasn’t far, the check‑in process was smooth, the reception and staff were very friendly, and I would recommend staying here in Madinah. Nothing was wrong, everything was good.

The hotel was clean and tidy, but there was no parking; the available spots belong to a private company, not the hotel, and only 18 spots exist, while the reception and manager were very bad.
