“Friendly Staff, Room for Improvement”
The staff at Hotel Pride really made my day-long stay special. They were super friendly and went out of their way to help, which made a huge difference in my experience. I think the hotel does a great job of hiring people who genuinely care about making guests happy. One thing that would take my stay from good to great is if they could improve the food quality a bit and make sure the bedsheets are spotless and the serving trays are clean after use.
