The design is top‑class and the location is perfect. The room is very small, and on one day the breakfast service quality was really poor, while the staff the next day were noticeably better and more attentive.

The location is perfect, the ambience is very nice, the rooms are superbly furnished, the service is flawless and the hospitality is felt, the breakfast is delicious with high‑quality products. We love it and will definitely come back!

The junior suite was excellent in size and comfort, breakfast was superb, the staff were appropriately attentive without being intrusive, and the location is exceptional; I would highly recommend this hotel in such a beautiful city. The only issue was a fire alarm during the night, but it was handled very efficiently, and otherwise there were no real problems.
