Riu Latino was the best resort I have stayed at so far! The environment was fun, everyone was friendly, and it was extremely clean. I liked everything about the property and have no complaints.

“You get what you pay for!”

The spot is great—clean, well‑located, and everything looks sharp. But the food left a lot to be desired; many dishes lacked flavor or just didn’t taste good. The transport to the jungle party was a nightmare: we rode a bus for 2 hours with no idea how long it would take, no updates, and we kept asking why it was so slow. They claim restaurants work on a first‑come, first‑served basis, yet every night we faced “waiting lists” and never got to eat, which was a let‑down. We weren’t greeted upon arrival, and no one offered drinks until we were halfway through check‑in. Nobody helped with our bags or walked us to the room like other resorts do—hospitality was clearly missing. We’ve stayed at places with much better service. The resort itself had little entertainment; we had to leave for parties at other resorts to feel the vibe. The 24‑hour bar was dull, with no music at all.

The vibe was fun and the downtime was calm and quiet. I loved the staff, and the resort was kept in excellent condition. The only downside was that the club was closed on Sunday night and the pools shut early.
