Park Regis City Quays offers modern apartments and hotel rooms with free, unlimited WiFi. The rooftop pool provides a relaxing oasis. Located near the Reef Hotel Casino, night markets, and City Esplanade, it's an ideal base for exploring Cairns' reefs and rainforests. The harbour foreshore, restaurants, and marina are a short stroll away, with the Blue Sky Brewery just 50 metres away.

The property was spotless, presented no issues, and the location was exceptional; everything was perfect.

I found the location decent, but the overall experience fell far below the 4‑star rating I expected. The maintenance was awful, and the front desk staff didn’t speak English. When I asked for toilet paper, they seemed clueless and never delivered it.

The spot was convenient, but the bed and pillows left something to be desired.
