“Great!”
The front desk staff were outstanding, very helpful and friendly, and spoke excellent English. Mr. Kohei, in particular, went out of his way to answer any questions and help. The shuttle bus to CFAY was appreciated, as were the friendly drivers.

The staff’s response was acceptable. The parking lot, annex, and hotel were discovered after arriving, and I would not have booked if I had known beforehand.
The annex forces you to walk outside to the main building in the cold to grab a vending machine, razor, or comb, which feels inconvenient.
It was close to the pier. No other positives or negatives.
