The location was great—just a 5‑minute walk from Roma Terminal. All the attractions are nearby and easily reachable on foot.

Hotel Milazzo Roma, located opposite Roma Termini Train Station, offers excellent transportation links, including bus, metro, and train connections, and nearby airport bus services. The hotel features en-suite rooms with LCD TV, air conditioning, tiled floors, light-wood furniture, and pastel-coloured walls. A nearby café serves Italian-style breakfast, and staff are multilingual and professional.

The location was good, but the bathroom walls had mold, the flush made a loud noise, the front door wouldn’t close properly (we had to force it), we stayed 5 days and only saw cleaning on one day and even then they only changed the towels, the room was dusty. I’ve never stayed in such a bad room.

The location and price‑value were solid, yet I arrived before check‑in and couldn’t drop off luggage because no one was around, and the same happened at check‑out – I left the keys on the table because there was no one to receive them.

Everything was fine.

The place has a great spot and the room was spacious and tidy, but the mattress felt a bit uncomfortable and I couldn’t hook the TV up to the internet.
