“Esperienza pessima”
Nothing positive. The experience was unfortunately terrible. The property clearly needs much more care, especially regarding cleanliness and maintenance. When we arrived we found several details that left us decidedly dissatisfied: floors with visible dirt and marks, dust and debris in multiple areas of the room, and a general lack of upkeep. The worst issue was the bathroom: metal accessories were oxidised and crusty, the soap dish and dispenser were dirty, the shower head and edges had obvious residue and needed a much deeper cleaning. The sheets were dirty – we were told they had been stored in a bag, but a bed with smelly, stained sheets is unacceptable. I’m not demanding a brand‑new or luxurious property, just proper cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance. Some of the attached photos show what we found during the stay. In the conditions we encountered it, I would not choose it.
The property needs better upkeep.
