“Great location, friendly staff but overly expensive for what you get.”

The location was quiet, close to the water taxi, and there were lovely restaurants nearby. The bathroom looked tired, had dirty tiles, and the showerhead didn’t work well. Water leaked out of the cubicle. I stayed three nights. On the second night the shower at 5:30 am was lukewarm. The bathroom used a sensor light with the sensor near the sink, so you had to pass by the sink to get light when you went to the toilet. The bed lamps didn’t work. The air conditioning didn’t work either, so it was cold on nights 2 and 3. For a property charging AUD 500 per night I’d expected better.

“Schönes altes Gebäude in guter, ruhiger Lage!”

The atmosphere in the old monastery building was nice, especially the courtyards. The breakfast was great! The room was very functional and not cozy.

“Super entspanntes Hotel in ehemaligem Kloszer.”

The combo is situated in a lovely quiet spot near Fondamenta Nove. It’s a bit far from Markusplatz, closer to the restaurants and wine bars in Canareggio. The vibe is relaxed, with three courtyards, a bar, and a restaurant that feel welcoming and blend modern design with medieval cloister walls. The room with canal view (up to three people, split‑level) is modern and functional; the air‑conditioning and kitchenette work well. Breakfast is okay, but could offer a bit more variety. The food and drink selection at the restaurant is good with a small menu. Hotel guests receive a ten percent discount. The staff is always helpful. The tables in the courtyards and in the breakfast room could be cleaned more often.
