“Experiência com atendimento e etc”

We loved the pools, the service was five‑star, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, and the cleaning ladies were also kind and gave useful tips. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the varied, hot breakfast. The distance between rooms was huge and tiring. Initially the hotel was confusing, with doors opening into tiny empty rooms that felt like a maze; our room had a door that opened into another door, and someone knocked on it at midnight, which was odd and scary. Of the four pillows we had, only one was comfortable. At 7:30 am someone had used the shower, and we heard a loud plumbing noise for five minutes straight.

The hotel itself, the green pools, and breakfast were very good. There was some noise from neighboring rooms.

“O hotel de facto é muito bonito, organizado e funcionários muito simpáticos.”

Convenient location, staff were five‑star friendly, the pool was clean, and breakfast was good. The only drawback was the lack of Wi‑Fi, but that wasn’t a big deal.

Gostei muito da Localização do Hotel, os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos, sempre tudo muito limpo, durante toda a nossa estadia que foram 3 noites, foram ao quarto arrumar, limpar e mudar as toalhas. Pedimos o serviço de engomadoria, foram impecáveis cumpriram com a entrega e quando chegámos ao quarto no final do dia estava já lá a roupa toda impecável. Acho que deviam de ter mais tomadas no quarto, principalmente junto às cabeceiras das camas, para uma pessoa colocar um telemóvel a carregar durante a noite pois éramos 3 pessoas e tivemos essa dificuldade de carregar os telemóveis. Outra coisa que sentimos necessidade foi de um tapete dentro da banheira, era muito escorregadia um pouco perigosa
