“Tranquillo e sereno”

The cleanliness was perfect, the place was easily reachable from everywhere, and I loved the scent in the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, the towels were clean, and the shower was very pleasant. I wanted to relax in peace and succeeded. Honestly, the breakfast completely disappointed me; it wasn’t international, I was very let down. I expected more, maybe a bit more sweets, more savory items like cured meats, eggs in all forms, crepes, but there was nothing.

Breakfast could have offered more fruit varieties, like grapes, strawberries, figs; the location is fairly close to Porto’s center (Bolhão, Matosinhos, etc.), which is a plus; the hotel staff are very helpful and attentive to guests; thank you to everyone, especially Mr. Ricardo at reception for his professionalism and care; nothing I disliked; highly recommend this hotel.
