There was nothing we liked. It was very sad and frightening. 1. Room – The reality differed from what was shown. 2. Air‑conditioner – Severe leaking. One bag got wet and soaked (see photo). The leak ran down to the floor. We had to ask for a bucket to catch the leak. One night the bucket ran dry and water dripped onto the floor, and the dripping sound disturbed our sleep! 3. Toilet – Very dirty. Walls, toilet bowl, tap water all very dirty and yellowed. Soap scum stuck on the walls and never cleaned. 4. Mattress – Really sagging, felt like sleeping in a pot! 5. 10 pm to 2 am – Staff and friends were playing games and making noise, disturbing guests’ sleep. We rented five rooms that were all terrible! 6. The entrance room already smelled bad. 7. Sheets, blankets, pillowcases were never washed or changed. All sheets were yellow and the pillowcases were torn but still used for guests. 8. While sleeping, a child suddenly screamed. There was a crawling thing on the blanket! We searched for staff but none were there. 9. All messages sent were never replied to; only a robot answered. 10. Do not use Roomstay at all.

I’m really sorry, but the photo doesn’t match the room; everything was filthy and it smelled like mold. The bathroom had ants and opened onto the street. We couldn’t withdraw cash, so we couldn’t pay by card in any way. The price is low, but it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

The location is in a residential area. The water pressure in Room No 203 is very low, and the parking space is very limited.

“the Guest house owner didnt help us”

none, due to my booking didnt confirmed at this Guest house eventhough was confirmed with . Booking .com already charged me but i didnt stay in this guest house because , the guest house was refused our stay due to they no confirmarion on the end eventhough was confirmed with booking .com. request reimbursement from booking .com
