Camera accogliente, buona posizione, facilmente raggiungibile. Facile posteggiare ma c'è anche un posteggio privato al chiuso (a pagamento) ma noi eravamo in moto e ne abbiamo usifruito. Staff molto gentile

“Misleading Information in the Booking”

The room itself is fine, but when I searched for accommodation on the mobile app I found Assos Residence and Assos Residence Gold as the first options; the Gold residence (20€/night more expensive) had a first picture of a hot tub and also more pictures later, and a hot tub is listed in the facilities. I booked the place and started driving toward it. When I entered the room I saw no hot tub, and after asking the personnel they told me that only 1 of the 5 rooms has a hot tub, all the others are standard. They showed me that if you book for a later date you can see a second screen where you can book the room with the hot tub (if available) or a “regular” one. They also said that they sent a message within the platform (among many other standard information) clarifying that the room had no hot tub. I did not have the chance to check this until I had arrived and paid. In my opinion, the information is extremely misleading, giving the impression that the “gold” reservation is an upgrade with access to a private or public hot tub, which was not the case. The fact that they clarified the absence of hot tub via message also gives me the impression that this situation has occurred continuously and so they “have an excuse”. I cannot know for sure but it looks to me that they are aware of this confusing situation and take advantage of it. Had I known that I was not booking a room with access to a hot tub, I would have not booked this overpriced standard room and instead I would have booked somewhere else looking better, having more extras (such as included breakfast) and cheaper (there were several such options). I recommend you check carefully with them what you are booking to avoid surprises. If this confusion was not intentional, I would suggest updating their photos and information.

The location, parking, and overall availability were great, and the terrace was really beautiful and clean with a nice high‑view. Checking in was very easy. What was missing were curtains for more privacy—even though the apartment is on the fifth floor, the jacuzzi veranda had no curtains, so anyone with binoculars, or even from a distance, could see us. Another point that didn’t sit well with us was that we had to leave to buy a bottle of wine because there wasn’t even one in the apartment, and the fridge was completely empty.
