The hotel’s location was good, but I didn’t get the room I booked; my friend and I were sent to a tiny room that smelled bad, and I think it was a staff room because some workers came in the morning and knocked on the door.

Accessibility was fine and the area wasn’t crowded, though food options were limited to one supermarket and one restaurant nearby. The room lacked basic amenities such as a cupboard and a mirror, had no window, and was underground, contrary to the catalogue’s claim of a windowed, well‑ventilated space.
