The service and the views were great, but nothing else appealed to me.

“Bene ma non benissimo”

The view from the room, the nearby beach, and the entertainment staff were positives. However, the room’s cleanliness was lacking, with ants in room 2126. The walk‑in shower, though nice, flooded the corridor each time because the slope was wrong and there was no proper protection. One rainy day, water entered the room through the front door, and the staff had pre‑placed a towel at the entrance without informing us of the structural issue or the risk of flooding, leaving our belongings soaked on the floor. There was also no parking, unlike the connected Cala Blanca hotel, and I was expecting free beach loungers from the hotel instead of paid ones. The kitchen was passable, but we preferred Cala Blanca (3*) because it offered more, even if the quality was the same.

“Se puede mejorar.”

The location was excellent. When they prepared the room, they didn’t clean it or restock the fridge. Ants were eating a bag of chips that the hotel had placed there unopened, and the room’s air conditioning was not cooling well because the filters weren’t cleaned.

“Resort could not have been more welcoming and hard working - relaxing stay with beautiful views - we will be back :)”

We liked the quieter spot we chose; the staff and entertainment team were brilliant, the accommodation was spotless, the room was spacious and clean, and the food was great 👍. A minor issue: the room fridges weren’t restocked with tea, coffee, or milk, so next time we’ll grab supplies from the supermarket :) Also, a fence spoiled our sea view…
