The facilities here are pretty great, but unfortunately, the location isn't ideal.

The staff were really cooperative, which was great. Unfortunately, the place was pretty dirty and the design wasn't great. That kinda brought the whole experience down.

We had a decent breakfast and the hotel's close to some great restaurants, plus our room was spacious with a huge bathroom - even the master bed had one attached. However, the room was super noisy thanks to the road and traffic, and the air conditioning was on the fritz the whole time (complaining twice didn't help). To top it off, we only took one thing from the mini bar but they still charged us for everything.
