The place run by Federico was absolutely fantastic – so quiet and gorgeous that I barely wanted to leave. Every part of the apartment, including the kitchen, was spotless and fully equipped. I definitely suggest booking a wine tasting and staying a few days to unwind.

La struttura è davvero bella, pulita e accogliente. L’atmosfera familiare tra le colline è perfetta, e la capretta domestica Giorgia è la mascotte del posto. Consiglio vivamente!

We stopped there for a quiet overnight break after hopping between cities, and it was exactly what we needed. The view and sunset were breathtaking, and the small kitchen let us whip up pasta and sip local wine. Our 3‑year‑old adored the goat and dogs on the property.

Federico, his house and winery are the most atmospheric, beautiful, and charming accommodation in Italy! We seasoned travelers, but we haven’t seen a gem like this in ages. The apartments are clean, with everything you need: glasses, dishes, a coffee machine, and a comfortable bed. The rooms are spacious, no stairs, so luggage is easy to handle. The real highlight is being on a genuine winery – vineyards lie just behind the house. Be sure to order a tasting and a starter set + ravioli made by Federico’s mom. You’ll get great wine, a story about the wine and the place, and an amazing dinner. Make sure you return to the villa before sunset, because the sunsets there are a delight and a beauty. Stock up on Aperol and enjoy the orange hue that fills everything. A bonus: the outlet is only 15 minutes away, so you can combine shopping with pure pleasure. Oh, and there’s a goat, but let Federico explain it himself! If you’re still on the fence, don’t think for a second longer before someone else snatches this gem away from you – we loved everything!

Staying in the vineyards was magical! The host was exceptionally welcoming, kind, and helpful, showing us around and explaining everything clearly. The villa itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with outdoor garden furniture for breakfast when the weather allows, and a hammock in the yard that was a true highlight with stunning mountain and vineyard views. Two lovely dogs and a goat added a uniquely charming and cozy atmosphere. The property is conveniently located—just a 15 to 20‑minute drive from the Serravalle Designer Outlet, and Genoa is about 40 km away if you want a seaside trip. Overall, it’s a fantastic, tranquil place to relax and unwind, and we enjoyed every moment.
