The receptionist was very helpful, yet there was a noticeable lack of housekeeping service.

Everything was perfect, and there was nothing to complain about.

Nothing was good at all. Every door was broken, they refused to change rooms, the place was left filthy, the fridge was infested with bugs, the walls were dirty, and the floor was filthy.

The location was good, but the tub was peeling.
